Who Trains in Cuong Nhu?
Cuong Nhu students and instructors are a diverse and fun group. We come together from all different walks of life to share a common goal... to become the best martial artists we can, and enjoy the process along the way! We range in age from 5 to 55, come in all shapes and sizes, and with all levels of physical ability.

Students learn punching and kicking techniques, self-defense, and ground fighting techniques (mat work). Sparring and weapons training are available for advanced students.
